    The staff are super friendly and attentive; the food is fresh and they are not stingy about their ingredients. My burrito was delicious. Definitely going to stop by again.

    I order grub hub Qty4 3 amigos tacos all soft Add sour cream add guacamole Qty 1 home wrecker burrito and Qty 1 bowl of Famous Queso.
    We received the tacos with only meat guac and sour cream. No queso arrived.

    The grub hub system shows the ingredients. The receipt and order clearly shows these are add items.The store manager who would not give her name confirmed they deliberately made them that way even though the system does say Add , not only.
    She chose to accuse the driver of stealing and then complain to me how the order looks to them and that they were forced to use grub hub and generally complain about how bad it is for her.
    She confirmed that this was a recurring issue.
    Our conversation was very difficult since she seemed more interested in telling me how terrible grub hub was and how terrible Moes system is .
    I repeated to her , but you know what a taco usually has , correct?
    She said Yes.
    I asked and it does say "add", correct?
    She agreed. Then she told me that she had no idea if we wanted any ingredients removed so they played it safe and left everything not requested off.
    I reminded her , not for the first time in our long circling conversation that there is a special request area that would be the reasonable place to request an item removal.
    At this point I felt like I was talking in circles.
    I lost my patience and asked "From where I sit Moes looks pretty bad right now. So you know exactly how this was f*cked up, and you have done it before and based on our conversation you will continue to do this?"
    At that point she hung up on me.

    Never was there a concern , apology, or even a basic question or attempt to understand the problem to avoid it in the future. Just defensive complaining and to be frank, a lot of things I really don't care about.
    Grub hub was great in refunding a portion of the bill. I told them right out I didn't want to a full refund, just for the missing items and a partial for having to do the one thing I was trying to avoid in the first place, which was cut veggies and mess up the kitchen.

    Well, first clue should have been empty on a Saturday at 7pm. However for something quick before getting on the road for an hr we decided to do it, 8 of us including 4 teenage girls.

    Counter people seemed like we were bothering them, rude.

    Food, well Moe should not be cooking Mexican food

    Not rushing back at all. They were awful

    This place isn't even trying. Didn't even get a hello when I walked in(I was only one in line at lunch at 1145 in a Friday which was prob a bad sign). The employee could not have been more miserable serving me

    I could get by all that small stuff if the burrito was good. It was so disappointing. I got almost all of the toppings on it and it was still so small that it felt like it was almost wrapped twice. The guacamole looked old. The salsa and free chips were good which probably saved from 1 star

    Horrible experience workers not friendly almost seemed like they just wanted to get me out to go home felt like i wAs rushed and also didnt like that the girl was fustrated with me um not ok owner needs to do something!
